Some of these technologies are necessary to operate the Services; others support analytics, personalization, or advertising. Where required by applicable law, we provide choices regarding non-essential technologies and targeted advertising, including through recognized opt-out preference signals as described below.

  • Cookies (or browser cookies).  Cookies are small digital files that are transferred to your computer or smartphone’s hard drive when you visit a website or click on a URL.  Most web browsers automatically accept cookies.  You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser.  However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services.  Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Services.

U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws. Depending on the law and our practices, these rights may include the following:

  • The right to know or access the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share, and to obtain a copy of certain personal information;

  • The right to request deletion or correction of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions, and in some states the right to obtain personal information in a portable format;

DIFFICULTY ACCESSING OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Individuals with disabilities who are unable to usefully access our Privacy Policy online may contact us to inquire how they can obtain a copy of our policy in another, more easily readable format.

NO COLLECTION OF CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

Our Services are not directed to children under sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen (16). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under sixteen (16) in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) without the affirmative authorization required by applicable law.

“DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS

Do Not Track is a browser setting that may signal a preference not to be tracked. This is different from legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). Where required by applicable law, we honor qualifying GPC or other recognized universal opt-out signals as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising.
